# HubHive Terms and Conditions

1. ## Introduction

    Welcome to HubHive! HubHive builds technologies and services that enable people to connect, build communities, and grow businesses. By accessing or using HubHive, you agree to comply with and be bound by this User Agreement.

2. ## Using HubHive

    ### Eligibility

    To use HubHive, you must be at least 13 years old. You cannot use HubHive if you are a convicted sex offender or if you have previously been banned for violating our terms.

    ### Your HubHive Account

    - You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
    - You must provide accurate and truthful information.
    - You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

3. ## Your Content and Conduct

    ### Content Rights

    - You retain ownership of the content you create and share on HubHive.
    - By posting content, you grant HubHive a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, store, display, reproduce, and distribute your content.

    ### Prohibited Content

    - You may not post content that is unlawful, misleading, or fraudulent.
    - NSFW (Not Safe For Work) content is prohibited and subject to removal and may lead to your account getting banned.
    - We enforce a zero-tolerance policy for any content or activity that promotes child sexual abuse or exploitation (CSAE). Such violations will result in immediate account termination and will be reported to relevant authorities.
    - Community hosts are responsible for moderating their communities and ensuring content complies with our standards.
    - You may not post or promote objectionable content, including but not limited to:
        - Defamatory, discriminatory, or mean-spirited content targeting religion, race, gender, sexual orientation, nationality, or other groups.
        - Graphic violence or abuse involving people or animals.
        - Content that encourages illegal or reckless use of weapons.


4. ## Data Usage and Privacy

    We use your personal data to personalize your experience on HubHive. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We may share your interests with advertisers to provide relevant ads. We may collect and use limited mobile data, such as device identifiers and mobile network information, to facilitate features like SMS notifications and app functionality.     - We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate our User Agreement or community guidelines.
    - Repeated offenses or severe violations may result in a permanent ban.
    - Accounts involved in CSAE activities will be immediately terminated and reported to relevant authorities.

    ### Appeals

    - If your account is suspended or content removed, you can appeal to the HubHive administrative team.

7. ## Dispute Resolution

    We prefer to resolve disputes amicably and encourage users to contact us with any issues. For legal disputes, you agree to resolve them in the courts of Utah, governed by the laws of Utah.

8. ## Content Moderation Policy

    HubHive is committed to safeguarding its platform against child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). Our policies include:

    - Proactive monitoring and moderation of user-generated content.
    - Immediate removal of content and termination of accounts involved in CSAE.
    - Reporting violations to relevant authorities and child protection organizations.
    - We cooperate with law enforcement agencies and child protection organizations to address CSAE concerns

9. ## End User License Agreement

    Use of the HubHive app on iOS devices is subject to Apple’s standard end user license agreement.

10. ## Changes to This Agreement
    We may update this User Agreement to reflect changes in our services or for legal, regulatory, or security reasons. We will notify you of significant changes, and your continued use of HubHive signifies your acceptance of the updated terms.
